本工程共设置4栋5层的多层商业、4栋32层的高层住宅以及相关的配套车库、设备用房等。合理处理各种建筑空间的有机组合、过渡，既保证流畅性，又保证多样性。建筑总体布局力求考虑城市文脉和历史文化，营造良好的城市交往空间，彰显人文关怀氛围。

This project set up 4 total of five layers of layers of business, 4 layer 32 high-rise residential and related supporting the garage and equipment room, etc. Reasonable processing all kinds of organic combination of architectural space, transition, not only ensure fluency, and guarantee the diversity. Building the overall layout to consider urban context and historical culture, creating a favorable city communication space, reveal humanities atmosphere.

本项目用地西高东低，高差约8米，设计与规划市政道路自然衔接，充分考虑原始地形地貌，合理布置地上建筑和地下车库等建筑，有效减少土石方的开挖和环境的破坏以及社会资源的浪费。

Land for the project, the west and low in elevation difference about 8 meters, the municipal road design and planning of natural cohesion, give full consideration to the original topography, reasonable decorate the ground buildings and underground garage, effectively reduce the damage conditions of excavation and the environment, and waste of social resources.

高度重视外立面设计，品质感强，造型简洁，又不失细节，材料具有质感，色调协调，形成较好的视觉感受。

Attaches great importance to the facade design, strong sense of quality, modelling concise, and do not break detail, material has the texture, color coordination, forming good visual perception.
 

造型设计上以体块的相互穿插为主要手法，色调上主要以冷静、成熟的灰色为主色调，商业部分材料上采用麻灰色混凝土饰面板、深灰色金属复合板和隐框镀膜玻璃幕墙为主，配以穿插的红色印花玻璃，暗示地域的红色文化底蕴和本项目的名称涵义，塔楼部分采用灰色外墙仿石漆、无色透明玻璃和深灰色铝合金百叶，整个建筑格调端庄大气，建筑轮廓与远处的天际线遥相呼应，建筑体量与财质的巧妙搭配，增强了建筑本身的时代感，形成环境中的一道美丽的风景线。

Modelling design to block with each other as the main technique, main tonal on to calm, mature gray color, on the commercial part material hemp grey concrete panels, dark gray metal composite panels and hidden box coated glass curtain wall is given priority to, with interspersed with red printing glass, suggesting that regional red culture and project name meaning, tower part adopts the gray walls imitation stone paint, colorless transparent glass and dark grey aluminum alloy shutter, the whole building style dignified atmosphere, building outline and the distant skyline from afar building size and goods clever collocation, enhance the sense of building itself, a beautiful scenery line in the form in the environment.
