Project is located in the south third ring road, zhengzhou city, belongs to the urban village renovation project, the flat field, both the east and north of fast road, traffic is convenient, the geographical advantage is obvious.

整个规划布局顺应基地人流方向呈线性展开，增加商业面，提高商业价值。设计师场地内部植入较大尺度的“城市花园”，提供一个休憩驻足的场所，增加潜在消费。同时“城市花园”作为学校与商业的隔离带，保证两部分功能区互不干扰。所有办公、酒店用房围绕其四周布置，保证良好的景观视野。

The whole layout with base flow direction is linear, the increase in business, improve the commercial value.
